By using the services of AI Funded Flow Trading (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide virtual demo trading account management and educational services using simulated environments only. We do not offer real trading, investment advice, brokerage services, or regulated financial activity.

3. Simulated Trading Disclosure

All trading activity, performance data, and results are simulated and occur in non-live demo environments.

• No real money or live markets are involved

• Simulated results do not represent real profits or losses

• Past simulated performance is not indicative of future results

• All content is for educational and demonstrative purposes only

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, understand the limitations of demo results, and remain responsible for any real-world trading decisions.

5. Fees

All fees relate solely to simulated performance metrics and do not represent real financial transactions or gains.

6. Challenge Guarantee

Where applicable, if we fail to pass the agreed demo challenge, you will receive a full refund plus USD $249 in compensation.
This guarantee does not apply to payouts, withdrawals, or third-party decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for trading losses, performance outcomes, third-party actions, or indirect damages. No results are guaranteed.

8. Data & Privacy

We store data only to operate our services. All trading data relates exclusively to demo accounts. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content and materials are owned by AI Funded Flow Trading and may not be used without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.

11. Changes

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
